Regular servicing is an important part of maintaining tip top condition of your boiler and it’s very important to have an annual service to keep your lengthy guarantee in place. This is not only for safety reasons but also to prevent future breakdowns when you least expect them,.

Service Procedure
1. Every service that is undertaken has a visual check to comply with building, electrical and gas safe regulations.
2. A pre-service check where the boiler is fired up, check basic operations, and identify faults if any.
3. All main components are to be checked, must be clean and free from damage. The main components that are checked are burners, injectors, heat exchangers, condensing syphon and fan. Also, as part of the routine check, inspecting pipework and electrical connections.
4. Using a flue gas analyser to check the gas valve and make sure there is complete combustion.
5. The final check is to analyse the boiler with a flue gas analyser to make sure it is running to manufacturers specification.
6. Should any faults be found with any of the checks then the engineer will advise you if there are any additional costs for the repair.
7. Finally, we issue a benchmark Gas safety certificate and a printout from the analyser to confirm the readings.
